Shipping
Where do you ship to?
KH Designs ships to anywhere in the US!
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the current state of USPS, shipping can take anywhere between 3-5 days. This does not include my 3-4 week turnaround time. Ship time is once your order leaves my office.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order from your order fulfillment email or your Shop App. If you are unable to find tracking, please email me for help.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of my custom designs, no refunds or returns will be accepted. Before paying for your order, please be sure all your information is correct.
What if I have an issue?
If you have an issue with your order, please let me know within 5 days of receiving your order so that I can make it right.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Due to the custom nature of my designs, no returns or exchanges can be made.
