3 weeks from the day that your invoice is paid (Please understand that this does not include weekends or holidays).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the garment inside out in cold water. I recommend using a Color Catcher sheet during the first wash to prevent any color bleeding. Do not use bleach. Remove the garment from the wash immediately after the cycle is finished. I recommend hanging it to dry. I do NOT recommend putting ANY vinyl shirts in the dryer! If ironing is necessary, only iron the back of the shirt. DO NOT let the iron directly touch the design. Again, I do not recommend using the iron or any heat on vinyl designs. Following these steps will ensure the longevity of your purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS

My website listings consist of my most popular sellers with occasional drops. But my design options are ENDLESS. If you need a custom order, please contact me on the KH Designs Facebook page or through email (Kaylahallforddesigns@aol.com). I will invoice you for your custom item. SEZZLE is always an accepted payment method!

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of my custom designs, no refunds or returns will be accepted. However, mistakes do occur so if there is a problem with your order please let me know within 5 days of receiving your item so I can make it right. 

SHIPPING

At checkout, you will have the option of local pickup or shipped. The local pickup box is located on my front porch in Headland, AL. If you need the address please contact me. Local pickup is available at no extra cost. If choosing the local pickup option, please be sure that you are able to pickup in Headland. Once the item is shipped and out of my possession, it is on USPS to deliver to you. If there are any problems with delivery, please contact USPS. I am not responsible for lost or missing mail as it is out of my hands once I turn a package over for shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
